This is the typical quality hull that one expects from Liverpool Boats. It is well designed with plenty of outside space.

There is an attractive mix of windows and portholes giving a good balance between light and privacy.

The paint finish is matt battleship grey and it will need a full gloss paint job. The blacking appears in resonable condition.

The accommodation is arranged open plan at the moment, allowing the buyer to decide on partitioning.

The partial fit out is to an amazingly high standard, much of it in luxuriously thick, solid wood. This is a really eye-catching, hand crafted interior which is a delight to see.

The bathroom is unfitted but the plumbing and wiring is in. The buyer will just need to add the bathroom furniture and fittings of their choice
