A superb new Piper hull fitted out in a very innovative and striking way. Newly painted and newly blacked, last year, she is ready to go.

With very large windows at the front and portholes in the bedroom/office, she is a very light and airy boat.

She has a stainless steel water tank and an invertor.

From the generous fore deck, double doors give access to a spacious, open plan, salon, with large windows. The ceiling and upper walls are white, but have been left in emulsion for the new owner to choose a different colour scheme if they wish.

There is a solid fuel stove, which heats the radiators, which can also be heated from the engine calorifier

Bridging the space between salon and the galley kitchen is a beautiful, varnished wood table/ desk/ workspace.

the galley kitchen is well laid out with corner work surface sink and cooker, There is room under the surface for a fridge. There is also an attractive side hatch.

There is a spacious, full width bathroom with cassette toilet, shower, basin, washing machine and plenty of storage.

The aft cabin is a marvel of space utilisation. The full width double bed flips up to one side, where there is a special hanging rail for the duvet. This simple operation takes seconds and reveals a very attractive office space with two desk areas. There is also low level storage and a wardrobe.

Double doors and a hatch lead to the traditional stern deck.

This is a beautiful, virtually new boat, the hull was completed by Piper boats in 2008 and has been hand fitted by a professional boat fitter.

She comes with a leisure mooring if required. ( A premium may be payable to the marina to secure this)

The bulkheads have been left very plain, to allow scope for personal choice, and the varnished wood furniture is beautifully finished.

The innovative use of space makes this boat very versatile.

All in all a very good looking boat with ton of possibilities.

The owner who has done the fit out, will offer 5 days for "snagging" to ensure that you are happy with the fitting and systems. He can also offer extra interior work as required.
