The accommodation ion this boat is simple but clean, comfortable and welcoming.

Entering from the stern deck, there is a flight of steps down to a passage with a toilet and shower room, with wash basin. The toilet is cassette type, but there is a pump-out holding tank installed so this could be replaced with a flush toilet. Under the rear deck is a storage space and hot water tank,.

Next comes a small bedroom with double bed. This could could be widened with a fold down section to create a larger double.Ther are storage cupboards plus storage space under the bed.

This leads through to a neat galley kitchen with an electric stove and microwave as well as a sink and preparation area.

At the front is a small lounge with two armchairs and generous windows

What an amazing London pied-a-terre. Right in the heart of London at Little Venice. Probably the most sought-after moorings in London. A comfortable boat - like a studio flat on water. A private terrace alongside with tables and chairs.

There is water and electricity on site and a pump out/ Elsan point nearby.

Although the boat has no engine fitted, a simple outboard would have it putttering happily through London

This boat is being sold with the right to pass on the mooring with the boat enshrined in a unique covenant. Mooring fees payable to BW currently £300 per month.
