The pictures do not lie...the boat has been neglected for 18 months or more.....she needs lots of TLC...Bad points are, the fwd deck area coming has disintegrated making the fwd deck feel soft although still watertight, The batteries are probably useless, the canopy needs re stitching in places and a new rear plastic window, the engine runs but did blow out some smoke!! having said that the fact it started after all this time was encouraging, it is very very dirty externally. Good points, she is dry inside, the heads has 2 openings making it en-suite to both cabins, there is a new quality fridge and full size cooker. The large aft cockpit could do with the B&Q style decking removing but otherwise is a good size and is self draining. She has a current BSS until Dec 2011.
However she is very, very grubby externally...if you can see beyond the dirt then come take a look..at 4K it has to be good value! Cleaned and ready to go I would market her at 18k minimum.
