Broker's Comments

Just refitted and sporting brand new teak decks this beautiful Aluminium cutter, originally owned by French wine producers Chateau Beaumont, has been circling the globe since she was sold to her second owners in 1996. Ideally laid out for charter with self contained crews quarters aft, accessed via the helmsman's cockpit, she also makes a very comfortable family cruising yacht, the owner reports she sails fast and flat with 200 Nm days being the norm rather than the exception.
Refit work included:
New Teak decks
Changing the hull ports (5 low edge and 4 starboard)
New dodgers main cockpit and navigation cockpit
New bimini
New cockpit cushions
Service both head sails and change the UV strips at ROLLY TASKER
New genoa furler
Hull painted
Main Anchor and 100 meters of anchor chain (changed 4 years ago) re-galvanized
New batteries TROJAN (16 Pcs)
