Located in a friendly environment this is an opportunity to acquire a home with all the benefits of a land based house but with the sea and other boats as your main view. This houseboat would would suit a couple or a family. The current owner has redone the kitchen, and carried out much redecoration. The overall feel is that of a well planned and well kept living space.
The marina has a very nice community who tend to look out for one another. There is a large car park accessed by a security barrier.
Main commuter links are accessible by car within approximately 15 minutes (train and motorway). There are the usual local amenities including a school, shops and leisure centre.
