This DC30 sometimes called a Broom DC30 is in quite good order throughout. Whilst she is a little dated interior wise the cushions are all new and very practical. There is a full size cooker and a good sized galley opposite the dining area which has a large foldaway table with ample seating for 4 or 5. The is a fore and aft well for easy access along with wide side decks for safety. The sliding sunroof above the saloon works fine. She was out of the water in March and treated to a repaint on the hull along with new antifoul. Being an hire boat she has in date gas safety and Fire safety inspection certificates long with a BSC until March 2012. The low air draft gets her under all the Broads bridges.
This boat is very competitively priced and is in "turn key" condition. Ideal for a young family, a spacious retreat for a couple or even to hire out during the summer.
