Broker's Comments

This Arcoa Mystic 44 is a real masterpiece of engineering, with features and tricks that I as a broker had never seen before including the deck that rises up to produce 2 tables that open out to make an enormous single table. They can then also be lowered as coffee tables and lowered again to make a sunpad.
The three glass panels separating the cockpit from the saloon all open up hydraulically and disappear into the roof. Under the cockpit the deck rises up hydraulically to reveal an enormous locker. The ensuite head is larger than any head we have seen on a 44 foot boat as is the headroom. A lovely feature is the kitchenette in the cockpit which doesn't only feature a sink and cooker but also a dishwasher. The Teak decking on the foredeck instead of the white GRP we generally see nowadays gives a really luxurious feel.
