Broker's Comments

This is a solid little bilge keeled motor sailer, built to a good standard, typical of Swedish designed yachts. Sadly, and contrary to popular opinion, fibre glass yachts DO require maintainance.
It must be said that she has seen better days. However, she is by no means a restoration project and a keen owner, better still a keen couple, could bring her back to life - hopefully without too much expense!
The basics are all there, the interior upholstery is in very nice order, a lick of varnish wouldn't go amiss, a hot soapy bucket would transform the exterior and some nice shiny new instruments....I could go on, but that's boats for you!!
