Broker's Comments

Preliminary details awaiting owners approval
I could best describe this Arvor as a ‘demonstrator’ as she is just months old and in near new condition representing an opportunity to own a Burgundy hull colour Arvor 215AS fully equipped, on the water and ‘ready to go’. Delivered in October 2009 she has just 9.1 hours on the Cummins Mercruiser engine and includes the ‘On the Water Pack’ which includes spotlights, dual batteries, JVC stereo and two 12 volt sockets. The ‘AS’ of course stands for asymmetrical where the wheelhouse is offset to port to permit really easy (and much safer) passage forward to the foredeck where incidentally there is also an electric windlass. And then there is the remaining warranty that started on 20 November 2009 and provides two years warranty on the engine, three years on the hull and one year on the equipment. In summary, a great boat, cleaned and polished, fully equipped on the water and ‘ready to go’ tomorrow.
