Broker's Comments

This is an uncompleted project. The barge hull was converted as shown four years ago ready to install a standard mobile home on top for a floating live aboard. The base hull is finished and ready but will need painting again prior to a mobile home being installed. It will provide super live aboard accommodation and a marina mooring is available if required.
Buy a second hand mobile home, put it on the barge and hey presto - cheap living in a splendid environment or use a bit of imagination and build in wood or convert a portacabin etc.
