Broker's Comments

This is an uncompleted project. The barge hull was converted as shown five years ago ready to install a standard mobile home on top for a floating live aboard. The base hull is finished and ready but will need painting again prior to a mobile home being installed. It could provide super live aboard accommodation if a suitable location can be found by the new owner.
Buy a second hand mobile home, put it on the barge and hey presto - cheap living.
