Broker's Comments

This Belliure 39J has various several things in favour. To begin with there is the excellent reputation for quality construction of Spanish yard Belliure and of the designer, Ron Holland. Another advantage is the recent engine, with only about 100 hours running hours. And finally there is the asking price. The sails are in good condition and the equipment is of good quality. Nevertheless, this boat does need some investment in TLC to return her to a good overall condition, but then, that is also reflected in the asking price. Spanish flag. Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
