Disclaimer
The particulars detailed herein are intended to give a fair description of the vessel but their accuracy cannot be guaranteed, these particulars are not a part of any contract or offer and are supplied on the understanding that all negotiations shall be through Boatshed Brokerages, who are acting as brokers for the vendor. The vendor is not selling in the course of a business unless otherwise stated. The prospective purchaser is strongly recommended to check the particulars and where appropriate, at his own expense, to employ qualified agents to carry out surveys, structural and/or mechanical & electrical.
There are comprehensive racing records available as the boat has been involved extensively over the years with some impressive results.
The internal accommodation is really comfortable and has been subject to a painstaking refit over several years which has resulted in a boat of extreme quality. The internal space works well, is light and airy , with over 6' 2" of headroom and a wide beam giving room for 4 to travel in great comfort. There is also a small pilot berth which was probably added for the officer's galley slave.
At Boatshed Falmouth we are champions of Classic boats and this is one of the best we have had the pleasure to be involved with.
The boat will not however be around for long as it will be sailed to the Med if a buyer is not found and sold there, but the owner really wants a larger boat maybe a ketch with a centre cockpit and is willing to do a deal including this boat if it is what he is looking for, so if you are seriously interested, it would be advisable to act quickly.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
