Beneteau 40 center cockpits make great live aboard cruisers with their large master aft cabin, long galley and heaps of storage. The yacht has been regularly serviced and is hauled each year for 3 months for new bottom paint and preventative maintenance. The yacht is clean throughout and ready equipped for cruising with a dinghy and outboard included in the inventory. She was surveyed for insurance purposes in March 2010. The yacht is available on a try before you buy basis and assistance can be given with shipping or delivery.
