Broker's Comments

The Evasion 32 achieves an aspiration common to many sailors, namely a yacht that combines the comfort of a motor sailor but retaining a good sailing ability. The wheelhouse/main cabin combination offers a dimension to family cruising that a conventional cockpit never can: namely everyone aboard can enjoy the pleasure of sailing, sheltered from the sun or rain, with an inside steering station that lengthens the sailing season.
The Evasion 32' is ketch rigged; this does not only make her look great, the split sail area can be easily handled by a couple and the virtually self-tending mizzen is totally out of the way above the large cockpit.
The hull of the Evasion 32' is an indicator in itself of her sailing abilities. The lines are fine, and the long keel configuration with a 4,000 lbs ballast ensures an excellent stability on every point of sail.
