Broker's Comments

The First 305 is an attractive modern styled cruiser/racer with good sailing performance and excellent accommodation.
The First 305, designed by Jean Berret, was introduced in 1984, and was based on an earlier First 30E hull, which itself was derived from a successful half ton racer.
She is deceptively spacious and would suit a family or crew, suitable for racing, coastal or channel passage making.
This example is regularly sailed and benefits from many upgrades. The owner will be willing to deliver her to a Purchaser within a reasonable passage.
