Broker's Comments

The Beneteau 31.7 is a strikingly good-looking sailing yacht very popular with those who race or want to cruise quickly. This particular specimen is quite clearly a racer. You can tell that from the extensive selection of sail control lines on deck, and the fact that much of the interior is presently given over to accommodating a comprehensive wardrobe of good-quality racing sails. Underneath the sail bags the accommodation is spacious and in good condition, and it wouldn’t take much to convert this competition flyer into a fast family cruiser, should you so desire. She’s well equipped, with AIS and an active radar reflector unusual additions to the usual electronic functions. Externally, her lines are sleek, with a big cockpit and enough control lines to bring a warm glow to an avid sail-tweaker’s heart.
