Broker's Comments
The Beneteau First 345 is renowned as a quality cruiser/racer. This particular example offers a new owner an almost new boat in a 20 year hull. She underwent major refurbishment in 2004. This includes work to the hull as well as interior work, joinery was re-varnished, aft cabin headlinings was replaced, a new cooker and heads were also installed. A year later all of the upholstery was renewed. So we have a boat that is in great condition, she is stored for winter but can be ready to go very quickly, the owner is keen to sell and has priced the boat to reflect its excellent condition at a realistic price. It is not often we can say that the first to view will buy but having spent time on board this boat it is a very fair assumption with this particular craft, so do not delay.
