Broker's Comments

Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 2011 Beneteau Oceanis 34 for sale with potential of transferable mooring in prestigious St Katharine Docks in central London.

The current owner has had this boat from new and she has been well loved and well kept. With the double cabin layout and excellent specs throughout (Elegance pack added at build), the Oceanis 34 affords superb accommodation combined with great sailability. She has been used regularly on the Thames as well as going further afield to Ireland and North Wales in the past.

If the new owner was looking to use this boat as a London base and keep it where it currently lies, the leisure mooring at St Katharine Docks could be transferred subject to approval from the marina management. Current mooring fees are roughly £6,500 p.a.. The marina is minutes from Tower Bridge and has excellent transport links to the whole city so is ideally suited to someone who needs a place to stay for a few nights a week.
