Broker's Comments

The Oceanis 40 CC are popular cruising boats. They are the right size to handle shorthanded and they offer a good compromise between interior space and comfort. They are ideal live aboard boats, as they have 2 good sized cabins, each with their own heads compartment and a big galley. As this is a central cockpit, she gives a secure feeling while sailing. This boat has been equipped to a very high standard (generator, AC, bow thruster, life raft, EPIRB), so that it really is quite hard to find something still missing. Owned and very well maintained by the current (second owner) since 2005. Spanish flag.Note:
