Broker's Comments

This Oceanis 500 was sold by us in 2005. Since then a lot of money has been invested in her: anti osmosis treatment, installation of appliances, wiring cleaned up, refit owner’s cabin, new standing rigging, etc. New grey and black water tanks have been installed. Life raft, EPIRB and part of the navigation equipment have been renewed. The plan was to make the boat independent so as to be able to live aboard for long term cruising. But life is unpredictable, so now the boat is on the market again. Call for a viewing: it will be worth it. 47These boat details are subject to contract. Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
