REDUCED! REDUCED! FOR QUICK SALE!!!

Wow, what a surprise. Although built in 1969, She was renovated and updated in 2005! This is a Fiberglass Vessel!!!!

Beginning with the bow, she has a custom built bowsprit sporting the largest Bruce anchor built in this class, an electric windlass and washdown sytem are included.

In the cockpit there are twin captain's chairs and a large table with storage beneath. All of the wrap-around glass was replaced with polarized glass. No sunglasses needed. The cockpit is fully enclosed for comfort on those cool or rainy days. The anchor can be dropped from the cockpit controls. Aft, there is a new gas grill and fishing rod holders when out trolling for dinner.

The davits support a "real boat!" A fiberglass Twin Vee catamaran with an 8 HP Mercury outboard and it's own storage and rod holders and can be deployed quickly.

The Salon has all new headliners, 12 volt lighting, wall coverings and window shades. The floors are cherry wood colored Pergo. The salon glass has been removed, re-bedded and sealed. Dual A/C and Heat make her a comfort in warm or cool weather. Holding plate Isotherm refrigeration boasts, very low power usage and are considered the best money can buy.

All plumbing has been removed and replaced with household style CPVC for elimination of maintenace and foul odors from leaky flex hoses. This boat also has it's own watermaker system!

The wiring has all been updated by a former US Navy Submarine Electrician and a heavy duty inverter/charger was installed as well as a security system.

On the hull, the through hull fittings have all been replaced as well as the ball valves. There are two spare bronze props as well as many spares for the diesels, genset and plumbing.

The bottom has been re-painted in May of 2007. This boat is ready for you to come enjoy the comfort of a classic beauty with the amenities of modern upgrades. Don't miss this boat! Call me now!
