Broker's Comments

The Birchwood 29 is a good sized cruiser offering a huge amount of usable space for accommodation. Having a separate aft cabin gives privacy for the owners (or guests). The exterior condition is very good with no signs of damage or crazing. The interior upholstery and head linings are also in very good order. The saloon is bright and airy with a good sized galley and heads complete with shower. There is warm air heating on board making her an all year round boat. There is also good headroom throughout.
All in all she is in very good condition and well worth a look at.
