An impressive use of space in this 48ft. Motoryacht with two double cabins with en suite shower rooms and two twin bunk bedded rooms that share a third shower room. The saloon is separated from the aft deck by a full width full height glass partition and door which add to the spacious feel.
The galley is equiped with domestic equipement and the boat has served as the permenant home of her owner for the last five years.

C'est impressionnant de voir un Birchwood 48 avec plus de 500 cv sous le capot en dehors des eaux Méditerranéennes. Voici votre motor yacht amarré en pleine Bourgogne, arrivé d'Ecosse il y a quelques années et resté par amour du pays. C'est un véritable motor yacht des chantiers Birchwood mais peut-être avec des finitions (ou refections) par des sous-traitants. Néanmoins, la coque est la mécanique sont bien signés Birchwood ainsi que quelques finitions. Deux cabines doubles avec salle d'eau privatives, deux cabines avec lits simples superposés et une salle d'eau à partager. Le carré monstrueux et la plage arrière abritée plus le flybridge. Confortable spacieux et fonctionel, un vrai motor yacht. C'est énorme, (mais pas le prix). Nota le triant d'air de 3.48m est avec le 'fly' démonté!

It is rather stunning to see a Birchwood 48 flybridge motor yacht with over 500 horepower on tap serving as a floating home in the middle of the French waterways. This one was sailed here from Scotland by the present owner and he is willing to help skipper the vessel to more open waters should his successor so wish. Increadible use of space with four cabins (two en suite) and three wc/shower rooms. All very comfortable and functional but perhaps finished or refitted by a third party. Externally and mechanically all appears to be sound, servicable and very Birchwood, with a good recent survey available. A very spacious yacht indeed. Note that the air draught of 3.48m is with the flybridge demounted for navigation on canals!
