Broker's Comments

A British, Birchwood Built cruising boat of distinction with very well appointed accommodation and a lot of space aboard. Anyone viewing this boat will immediately be able to appreciate that she has been very well taken care of by the current owner who is also the Captain. She has been regularly inspected, maintained and updated with a refit in 2011.
She is particularly suited to Living Aboard and she comes with a berth in the new 5 star Limassol marina. The berth is without charge to the New owner until the year 2023! That's a saving of almost €10,000 a year on the normal marina fees.
A rare opportunity to buy a quality yacht to cruise the med and use as a comfortable holiday home or liveaboard! There is plenty of open deck space, with a large teak finished cockpit for entertaining and enjoying sundowners in the marina.
A Gentleman's Yacht of distinct character at a bargain price.
