A Whaler's level flotation is truly level. Even if it's swamped and drastically overloaded. Whalers have up to two-and-a-half times more foam than is required to meet Coast Guard standards. Every bit of space in a Whalers Unibond hull is filled with closed-cell foam providing strength, sound and vibration absorption and, of course, flotation. Whalers float level because the foam is positioned in the hull right up to the gunnels, so a swamped Whaler provides a protective ring around its passengers.

Broker's Comments

Register with Boatshed to see 27 extra photos of this Boston Whaler 27 w/Suzuki 4 Strokes.
This Whaler 27' Classic is setup for serious fishing. She is loaded to the gills with rod holders, fish boxes, outriggers, fuel efficient 2004 Suzuki 4 strokes with warranty through 2010. Sale includes a triple axle aluminum trailer.

Don't let the fact that she was used as a charter/tournament boat fool you into thinking she is beat up. This is one of the cleanest charter/tournament boats I have ever stepped foot on.

If you are looking for an awesome family/fishboat or you are thinking of starting a charter business this boat is a perfect match between hardcore fishing and comfort.

When you are ready to look at this fine vessel in person or if you simply have questions, I can be reached at the contact info below.
Take care and see you on the water,
John
