Broker's Comments

A popular forward steer, single level GRP Broads cruiser offering spacious accommodation for up to five people in three cabins. This particular model has the benefit of an additional outside aft helm. Good sized front well which would be ideal for fishing from or socialising and the design of this boat makes her easily accessible. With heating via radiators throughout and an immersion heater for hot water she would make an ideal all weather cruiser and also has great potential as a liveaboard.
She appears generally sound internally, however, she is In need of an external clean up.
Being offered with a current Boat Safety Certificate, a Broads river license to 1 April 2013 and the possibility of taking over the existing well located Broads mooring (subject to agreement with the owner). Also has current transferable breakdown cover.
The owner has just had a new completely reconditioned engine fitted (Sept 2012) along with several repairs that were required.
