This is a beautiful, smart live aboard yacht with great lines. The aft deck can be completely enclosed enabling it to be used whatever the weather, winter or summer as another room. The fly bridge makes a large and private sunbathing area with plenty of space for drying washing. She offers great accommodation throughout; the saloon is particularly spacious and the kitchen is not at all cramped. There is also a separate shower cubical so no more queues in the mornings! Ample room to work on the engines, with access through the saloon floor and another access from the aft deck to where the batteries are housed. She is ready for a small family to move into without having to decorate or altar the interior in any way. The owners also have a small business for sale in Gibraltar and are looking for a quick sale.
