A superb Broom 30 with only 3 previous private owners. This boat was built for Barclays Bank (Don't let that put you off !!) and has had only 2 owners since.
She is in very good order and was out of the water Oct-April this year as she is every year when she was antifouled. She as a full 4 year boat safety certificate and is Broads licensed until March 2012.
The current owner has kept up on any repairs that have needed doing no matter how large or small.
This is a very clean and original example of these spacious renowned cruisers with a host of extra's included if required. The mooring at Brundall may also be made available.
