Broker's Comments
This model was the first of the Broom range to have an Aft Cabin Stateroom with an Island Double Berth. Having personally built Broom boats the craftmanship is evident thoughout. Unfortantly due to Ill health the owner is now selling and having very little use of. The price reflects ,that some minor work is required to bring back that "Wow" factor. The aft upper wooden deck floor area requires to be replaced and the canopy also needing attention.Internally the carpets require a good valet and I did notice that a couple of wood pannel inserts are required, which will not involve a great expense. I liked the aft cabin arrangement with a en-suite plus a seperate shower cabin. As with all Brooms they are built with long cruiseing in mind and have stowage everwhere. The galley has a nice working area along with a good size fridge & oven. Another plus is the heads are electric along with the windlass. A good electronics package is fitted with repeters to the upper helm as well. BSC expires 2014
