Broker's Comments

This Broom 44 Cruisemaster is the ideal liveaboard in many ways. At present the current owners have used 2 of the cabins as an office and a seperate dining room. There is a generous sized main saloon and seperate bedroom.
On the port side is the galley with full size cooker and fridge etc and aft of this is a utility area which is home to the washing machine (included)
Heating is by way of 2 wood burning fires, one in the main saloon area and 1 aft in the dining area.
The curtains, blinds, carpets and upholstery are in good condition and this is a very dry boat (and very warm!!).
This really is a must see boat for anyone considering living aboard a boat throughout the year and having all the comforts.
Boat now clear of owners belongings, see new pics showing the date of 08.11.13
