There is a good sized galley and shower and in the main saloon is another double bed converted from the Dinette.
This particular boat benefits from having eberspacher warm air heating and the full sized cooker gives the option of all year round long stays aboard.
She does need a little TLC the thing I noticed the most was the floor covering which I feel needs replacing but otherwise she is seems to be in good order apart from a small gelcoat "crack on the stb side amidships (about 10ins),
She has a pump out toilet as you would expect and there will be a full BSC put on her for the new owner.
Built by C J Broom as part of the hire fleet the DC 30 is a popular and well proven river cruiser.
