Presented in good order the current owner has lived aboard this boat for the past 10 years.
It has been out of the water every other year for a period of 6 months and was last out from Nov to April 2013.
Below the waterline is excellent, hence the number of pictures
Deck topsides and the entire cockpit are finished in a non slip Ocean Grey which works quite well.
Mechanically she has been serviced regularly and has the current mooring fees paid until November 2013 in Brundall.
