This is a home build motor sailer and seems to have been built for strength rather than looks you can see the finish is not off a factory production yacht but more than adequate.The owner started the build in 1995 and luanched the boat in 2001 enjoying the sailing the East coast offers.
The hull configeration is a Stub Keel with Bilge Plates with a Skeg hung Rudder.The Hull has been painted using self eroding copper resin from new.
The 3 fuel tanks hold a total of 45 gallons (204.5lts) this comprises of 2 x 17 Gallons and 1 x 11 Gallon day tank, there are electric transfer pumps which feed the day tank.
Cabin head room is 2.10m in the main saloon and 1.86m in the forward cabin.

The accomondation is in 2 cabins the forward cabin has 2 single berths, the main cabin has the galley and 1 single bench seats enough for 4 people to be comfortable and a coal stove for heating, and ther is two quarter berths. Tha saloon table can be moved to the cockpit to provide an outdoor eating area.
