Broker's Comments

Here is a very good deal on a well built and respected C & C Yachts 25 Mark 2 sailboat at an excellent price!
She is a solid sailor and also the cleanest 80's sailboat I have seen in quite some time.
She's a fast cruising little girl, and can be a worthy racer in the right hands. The owners have purchased a larger boat and are motivated to sell this spic n' span Mark 2.
Assumable moorage available on Vancouver Island if required.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
