Broker's Comments

This Cal 31 was designed for one reason, Coastal sailing and crusing for a couple and or small family that desires a true preformance cruiser with the emphasis on preformance. At thirty one feet and ten feet of beam, and a five foot deep fin she was created to go fast on all points of sail.
The forward berth is huge for a boat of this length with a comfortable size head shower combo and a setee that converts to a double in the main saloon. The Galley is u shaped and has a large fridge with adler barbour that will privide plenty of cool drinks
and comfortable sailing. These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
