Master bedroom has its own wash basin and unit. Good size recently re- fitted galley with loads of cupboards, recent cooker and hob, electric fridge. Warm air heating fitted.
Plenty workspace, light and bright.Large forward cockpit for sunbathing entertaining.
Seperate spacious heads area with wc and shower.
There is a large sitting area in the bow with weather protection, similar area in stern again with cover.
New reconditioned engine fitted 13.8.2011, at a cost of over £3000. Boat safety untill 2013.
To sumarise good accomodation for extended cruising, or ideal as a live aboard at a very competitive price for quick sale as owner has overseas commitments.
