Broker's Comments

Having just undergone a complete interior refit (May 2010) this boat is as new internally. The refit has been carried out to a very high standard and looks amazing.
Built by the owner with 2 in mind he has created a large master aft cabin with wardrobes and dressing tables. Bearing in mind guests may want to stay there is a rather tasteful bed/settee in the main saloon with matching chair.
There is a good sized dining room opposite the all new galley.
An Isuzu diesel engine has replaced the old BMC (I am awaiting confirmation of the year) making more economical and reliable (not to mention quieter) cruising.
All in all this is a boat that is ready to live on or enjoy a break in luxury. If you need a mooring for her this could be made available to the new owner. This really is a must see to fully appreciate boat.
