Broker's Comments

Make this Carver Mariner 3396 your waterfront condo! In her day she was and still is an ideal yacht for entertaining as well as cruising. Large airy salon with great visibility and head room at 77”, large windows not portholes, on both port and starboard allow great views, and natural lighting. The Command Bridge access is from an aft ladder or via a sliding cabin-top hatch permitting access from the salon area. Hosting your guests from the command bridge offers full 360 degree perspective as well as 2 single births under the stars and she can sleep another 6 below. The galley offers up a full size dual door refrigerator, 3 burner stove, and stainless double sink with pressurized hot and cold water. The head is large, and includes an enclosed separate full size fiberglass shower stall and vanity. This is still a great getaway cruiser, just update the navionics , add the ice maker and you are good to go or as the owner has done with family, friends and clients, just relax and enjoy the company dockside as reflected by the engines low hours. The twin 270hp Crusaders with V drives show very low hours still below 600. These boat details are subject to contract.
