Broker's Comments
This boat is on a CRT mooring on the Lancaster Canal and if you were interested in the mooring you would need to contact the CRT and bid for it.
The present owner lived on the boat for a few years and then moved off and has been using it very lightly since, hence the sale.
She was out and professionally re-painted and blacked in 2017. The owner is trying to get the hull polished but the weather is hampering her efforts at the moment.
As you enter through the rear companionway you arrive in a good size workshop area with access to the electrics panel, inverter and batteries. The main double cabin comes next with a single wardrobe and some storage.
As you move down the boat you come to the bathroom with a half bath/shower, pump out vac flush toilet, wash basin and hidden in a cupboard is the gas boiler for the central heating.
Moving down the corridor you arrive in the good size galley and saloon area. The galley has plenty of storage and worktops, full size cooker, fridge and stainless steel sink. The saloon is large and contains a large fixed sofa that also will pull into a double bed, solid fuel heating stove and plenty of storage space. This leads out into the cratch area. There is a cratch cover but without windows and there is also a tonneau cover for the aft cockpit. The flooring throughout is ceramic tiles.
She has never been surveyed so we would recommend buying subject to survey.
