Broker's Comments

We have to sell this boat so the price is much reduced, make an offer.
This Catalac 9M has benefitted from all the major work being done on an extensive overhaul. Two New Engines, new rudders, new props, new SS fuel tanks and new cockpit cushions along with a complete lower half paint job have run up a bill of about €20,000. Cosmetically she still needs a minor facelift and this was underway but was halted due to the owners change in health so materials are there to complete some of the work.
This Catamaran would make a good live-aboard.
After 25 years the owner is now reluctantly looking for a good home for her in the hope she will get the use she deserves.
OPEN to All Sensible offers as the owner now wants to sell her.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
