Broker's Comments

Designer Tom Lack's Catalac 9 was highly popular in its day and still very much sought-after. This example has been laid-up in the yard for some years, but appears to be basically sound. She needs some work internally, particularly in respect of the head-linings, which are collapsing is some places, and her electronics need upgrading, but she is priced accordingly.
