Broker's Comments

The C&C 35 was the original Trapper 700. She is a traditional sloop rigged cruising yacht built to a high standard with lead fin keel and quality fittings. She has had a considerable amount of money spent on her in recent ownership including engine, sails, sprayhood and upholstery. She has been professionally painted by Dale Sailing Company and numerous works have been carried out by them as routine winter maintenance. All bills are available for inspection. Sadly, ill health forces sale.
