Broker's Comments

This 1976 C & C 38' sloop is a racer/cruiser with a fin keel, spade rudder and keel stepped mast with rod rigging and double spreaders. She has been lovingly cared for over the last 30 years by the current owner. She has many recent improvements (approx. $40k) such as new mast, rod rigging, head stay, Harken roller furler, life lines, Edson Pedestal, running rigging, Thurston Dodger, etc. She is loaded with natural grain teak and so much charm and history for her next steward in time! These boat details are subject to contract. Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
