Large aft salon entered through double doors from cockpit. L shaped settee with table to port, upholstered chairs to starboard. U shaped galley ahead to port with day head across on starboard. Entry forward to the raised pilothouse is starboard of center. This boat has deck access doors on both sides with a good size bench seat and table to port. The companionway stairs down forward to the cabins is located to starboard and has a curved stairway. A head with tub and shower is to starboard, a master cabin with queen is forward and a bunk cabin to port. Lots of storage and throughout the boat -- and lots of beautiful teak. There is a carpeted stairwell on starboard to the flybridge where there is lots of room with a couple areas of seating and a dingy davit. The davit system in use is on the transom and was custom-made to leverage the dingy in very close to the stern.
Although the boat is carpeted throughout inside the seller reports there is teak hardwood parquet under the carpets he believes is in excelent condition.

Broker's Comments

This C&L Pilothouse Trawler has been owned by her current owner since 1986 and has been boathouse-kept the entire time. She has had very attentive maintenance -- her engine room and bilges are near spotless. She has a raised pilothouse, a spiral stair case down to spacious cabins forward, and overall it's a very roomy and comfortable boat.
