Broker's Comments

Another superbly designed race yacht we met in St Malo in October 2014 during the prep week to the Route du Rhum.
Race successes:
1st - Round the Island race 2013
10th - ROLEX FASTNET RACE 2013
2nd - NORMANDY CHANNEL RACE 2014
21st - LA ROUTE DU RHUM 2014

The Akilaria RC3 is a completely new boat and the design is based on the background gleamed from the RC1 & RC2 with an objective to fully optimise her regarding the Class 40 rules.
The cockpit was conceived to optimise manoeuvres and to optimise short-handed and solo sailing. Enjoy!
