Broker's Comments
This is a proper ‘little ship’, built and fitted out to a standard that modern mass production builders simply cannot reach. Internally she benefits from solid teak joinery and has recently had new upholstery and head linings. Her fastidious owner has kept her to a standard rarely seen on the second-hand boat market.
Internal space compares favourably with a forty foot vessel. She also has a good sized wheelhouse; no need for oilskins when it’s blowing half a gale and raining, which it usually does when I go yachting! This boat can tick all the boxes, long range cruising, family weekending, holidays or live aboard. There is even a tabernacle in stainless steel, ideal for lowering the mast when cruising down through the canals to the med.
I find it hard to criticise this vessel, perhaps she could do with a little clean externally, but that is about it!.
