Broker's Comments

These boat details are subject to contract.

Boatshedmedway are pleased to market this motor cruiser which has a small variety of different potential uses.

The large open cockpit lends itself to fishing and water skiing. The small cuddy cabin with two berths lends itself to cruising and weekending. However, with the Volvo Mercruiser the brute power will also be appealing.

Dating from the 1970's she retains some classic lines and whilst her exact origins are not fully known she is identical to a Cleopatra 700 weekender and we have based our description on this style of boat.

There is lots of potential and a chance to fit the boat out to your own specification and add value.

The boat is ashore and ready to be viewed.

Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
