This is a new Beta Marine, hull cooled, engine with only 1000 hours usage.

The boat has both 12v and 240 volt electrics, a 1500 watt inverter and a shore power connection. There is also a galvanic isolator fitted.

The engine space also houses a hot water tank with both engine calorifier and diesel boiler heating.

This is a fine Colecraft hull in 8:6:4 steel, with a traditional stern and a generous fore deck with cratch cover. She was blacked in March 2008, and has a BSS Certificate to 2012. The interior insulation is rockwool.

She has good windows and benefits from two side hatches.

The upper paintwork needs attention.

This is a boat with really spacious accommodation, and a lovely fit-out in good quality pine.

A pair of large, stable type, double doors give access to a truly massive lounge area, with a low level storage unit along one side and a large bookcase and shelf unit separating it from the galley kitchen.

The kitchen itself is spacious with a good cooker, stone sink, fridge and masses of storage space. There are two side hatches, one of which has access steps.

There is a bathroom with vacu flush toilet to a holding tank, wash basin and a good sized shower. There is also a Rinnai gas water heater and a washing machine fitted under the sink.

The large bedroom has a cleverly designed wardrobe to give maximum space and a set of shelves. There is a double bed with storage under.

Aft of the bedroom is a large engine space, with the engine boarded over to give another massive storage area.

There are radiators throughout with heating from the engine calorifier and a the Webasto Thermo 50 diesel fired central heating boiler

Hot water is provided by the same methods as well as the Rinnai gas water heater for hot water on demand,
